Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess their strategic implications
- Design innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles and reduce time-to-market for breakthrough solutions
- Champion sustainable tech practices and ethical AI integration across all product development
- Develop competitive intelligence systems to identify disruptive threats and partnership opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee technology portfolio optimization to balance risk and innovation potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology-driven products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Assessment preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology planning deliverables
