Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Build strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D sprints
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (whitepapers, patents)
- Experience with agile development methodologies and prototyping frameworks
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
