Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026+ product roadmaps and market expansion
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis in emerging tech (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Develop go-to-market strategies for next-gen innovations with $50M+ potential
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with business objectives
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation lab with 15+ engineers/researchers
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through investor and government partnerships
- Present future-tech frameworks to Fortune 500 executive boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record launching $50M+ tech products or ventures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech frameworks
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or major tech innovation labs
- PMP or TOGAF certification preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
