Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product architectures and business models
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for 2026 market landscapes
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure strategic innovation maturity and ROI
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future-tech incubation
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for complex tech ecosystems
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3 infrastructure
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
