Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year technology strategy for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems with embedded ethical frameworks

- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies targeting 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for future-tech initiatives
- Professional certification in Technology Foresight (TFP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized future-tech solutions
