Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute innovation pilots and proof-of-concept projects
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that position company as market leader
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology plans
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive teams and boards of directors
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, Blue Ocean Strategy)
