- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with market opportunities
- Present technology strategy insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations

- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage innovation sourcing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching technology ventures with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in future technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or specialized tech domains preferred
