Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and geopolitical shifts to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop and implement cross-functional technology roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and decentralized systems
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG goals and market expansion targets
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and adoption rates across global operations
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-backed scenarios
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS experience
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis (TAM, SAM, SOM methodologies)
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions in regulated industries
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL)
- Deep understanding of Web3, quantum computing, and neurotech convergence
- Exceptional stakeholder management with demonstrated executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- MBA or MS in Technology Management preferred
