Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing and AI research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with exponential growth potential
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development frameworks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders including venture capitalists
- Mentor emerging technologists through our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Successful track record of launching products with 3+ year market foresight
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaborative projects
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
