Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in technology planning and implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research partners
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent presentation and executive communication abilities
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) preferred
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation lab a plus
