- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Monitor competitive landscape and anticipate disruptive market shifts
- Manage innovation portfolio with $50M+ annual R&D budget
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies at scale
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
