- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and identify disruption opportunities
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
