Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product development cycles
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
- Present strategic technology visions to investors, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Proven track record leading quantum/AI research initiatives or product launches
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Published thought leader in tech futurism with keynote experience
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI model architectures
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
