Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ in C-suite roles
- Proven track record in scaling technology teams across global markets
- Expertise in quantum computing, machine learning, and blockchain technologies
- Certification in Future Tech Strategy (FTS) or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance
