Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop and implement cross-functional digital transformation roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks and sustainable technology deployment strategies
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips) into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Manage technology innovation lab initiatives and mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech adoption
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology transformation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems, and sustainable tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios and market impacts
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards on technology strategy and innovation
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership and managing geographically dispersed R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
