- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and disruptor startups to acquire cutting-edge IP
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to the board of directors and investors
- Oversee $50M+ R&D budget allocation for high-impact future technology initiatives
- Drive organizational transformation through agile adoption of emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity and human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems and quantum computing implementations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Deep expertise in blockchain, IoT, and neurotechnology ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing Fortune 500 audiences
- Published author in technology forecasting or innovation strategy journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized future-technology solutions
