Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategy for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-proof solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology recommendations into corporate vision
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D pioneers
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and commercializing emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
