- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies with $50M+ impact potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption scenarios
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech governance frameworks (e.g., AI Act 2.0)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainable systems)
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, engineering, or business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
