Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and industry trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical capabilities into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on innovation initiatives
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions addressing future consumer needs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory changes affecting future technology deployment
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in for innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, autonomous systems, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures-thinking methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence executives across technical and non-technical domains
