Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into commercial offerings
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
