Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing neural interface prototypes
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement next-gen digital transformation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Drive patent development in sustainable computing architectures
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and government bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or government grants
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate modeling
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups from concept to IPO
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, C++)
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) preferred
