Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption strategies across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor ethical implications of disruptive technologies and build governance frameworks
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals a plus
