Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech disruptions (e.g., blockchain, AR/VR)

- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
- Strong data modeling and analytical skills for trend analysis
- Certifications in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresighting preferred
