- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and regulatory changes impacting 2026
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in quantum computing or AI ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Deep expertise in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC framework)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional technology transformation projects
- Published research or patents in quantum computing, AI, or edge technologies
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Professional certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps
