Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic visions to board members and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor R&D teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proof system design
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futuristic innovation roles
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
