Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework analyzing AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Produce strategic roadmaps identifying high-impact investment opportunities in emerging tech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into actionable product prototypes
- Establish competitive intelligence systems tracking global tech adoption curves and regulatory landscapes
- Design and execute scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on technological disruption
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms for early-stage tech scouting
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-backed ROI projections
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or MBA with specialization in innovation
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization from concept to market
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities using visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-continental virtual teams across 3+ time zones
