Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Drive ethical technology adoption frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio and ROI tracking for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
