- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate lab-to-market transition of breakthrough innovations
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impact on strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2025+ tech foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced biotech
- Track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
