- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to source breakthrough innovations
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to prepare teams for technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused technologies with measurable business impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotechnology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
