Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, bioinformatics, AR/VR)
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups and academic research institutions
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities for 2026
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams (50+ members)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Prior experience presenting at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit)
