Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Drive R&D investments toward high-impact, disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google AI, AWS Quantum) a plus
