Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to implementation with measurable KPIs
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into current development cycles
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders and academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, and next-gen computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level executives
- Experience managing R&D budgets over $10M
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
