- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley and global tech accelerators
- Develop predictive analytics models for tech adoption and disruption forecasting
- Present technology vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech integration and ethical implementation
- Drive innovation through $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation and vendor management
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism
- Proven track record launching at least two 2026-era technologies (e.g., generative AI, decentralized AI)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (US/EU/Asia)
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- CISSP certification with specialization in quantum security
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ members
