Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and prototype next-gen solutions in quantum, AI, and biotechnology
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Develop future-proof technology governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment and regulatory compliance
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and foster a culture of bold experimentation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Track record of launching at least two industry-defining technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem and research institutions
- Certification in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., IEEE Foresight, World Economic Forum Tech Pioneers)
