Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI neural networks tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural strategies for long-term innovation.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI systems comply with US federal and state regulations regarding data privacy and algorithmic bias.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
