Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) to identify 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop future-proof strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping human-AI symbiosis systems
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable automation
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum applications, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) or Systems Thinking
