- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity and human augmentation
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor talent in foresight methodologies and disruptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technological roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, synthetic biology, quantum systems, or neurotech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication
- Portfolio of published futurist research or patented innovations
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
