Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight initiatives using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions for climate, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and emerging tech incubators
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to the board with quantifiable ROI projections
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and innovation specialists through our proprietary FutureCraft methodology
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 societal and technological inflection points
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and emerging tech (quantum, bio-AI, spatial computing)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (CFP) and Design Thinking (d.school)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
