- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor 8-person innovation team through quarterly sprints and hackathons
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (patents, journals, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in Design Thinking or Agile methodologies
