Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing products and services
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and incubate breakthrough startups
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity preparedness
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-cultural shifts impacting 5-year innovation horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Published work on technological disruption or exponential innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic war-gaming frameworks
- Fluency in data visualization tools for complex trend analysis
