Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate vision
- Produce foresight reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Curate and host the annual 'Future Frontiers' summit for global innovation leaders
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (patents preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and global forums
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies publications
