Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform 5-year strategic vision
- Develop future scenarios and roadmaps for product development teams
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders via compelling narratives and visualizations
- Partner with R&D to evaluate disruptive technologies for commercial viability
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation incubator
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating foresight into market-ready products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, nanotech, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
