Your work will directly influence our product roadmap, investment decisions, and market positioning in the next frontier of human progress.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry transformations
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for emerging challenges
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge insights
- Present futuristic scenarios to executive teams to inform strategic pivots
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with 5-year commercialization horizons
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives
