- Design and validate prototype solutions for next-generation customer experiences
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives through predictive analytics and market simulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
