Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype disruptive solutions in AI, quantum computing, and bio-digital convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding futurism principles across organizational workflows
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation roles with proven impact on tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuro interfaces
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Scenarios, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successfully commercialized futuristic innovations
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFMP, CFP)
