Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology integration
- Analyze global trends in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech to inform innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption and future-proofing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption cycles and market disruptions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech applications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published research on emerging technologies or future scenarios
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
