Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2028
- Design scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight insights into strategic business roadmaps
- Establish innovation governance frameworks balancing ethical considerations with competitive advantage
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and predictive analytics for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Prototype future-state solutions using emerging technologies like generative AI and spatial computing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record developing and deploying scenario-planning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional facilitation skills for C-level executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications or conference presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives successfully commercialized through foresight frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACIF, APF) or equivalent practical experience
