- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and future-state whitepapers for industry leaders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate breakthrough innovations
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainability megatrends
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) preferred
