- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and product development teams
- Curate and analyze emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Design strategic frameworks for future-proofing business models
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futuristic concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
