Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging market disruptors
- Design strategic innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 partners
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Curate cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab
- Advise on ethical implications of autonomous systems and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years in corporate innovation or tech foresight roles
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurism journals or whitepapers
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner Pulse)
- Experience with policy development for emerging tech governance
